Did someone can help me with that ... I have a 99 volvo V70 XC and connecting my generator on the vacuum or the air intake is not a solution to helping me reducing my gas consomation.

Thank to all the people who trust that we can live in a better world!

why do you consider a vacuum or intake connection as inefficient?tell me more ...perhaps a solution will be found..

I'm not all that familar with Volvo, but most fuell injected cars have a fuell pump that produce a higher preasure (60 PSI) than a HHO generator. It would be like trying to fill your TIRES with a BALOON full of air. As the piston in your engine goes down on the intake stroke, it creates a vacuume drawing in air and fuell mixture from the intake manifold. It needs the vacuume that is in your intake manifold to draw it into the cylinder for combustion.

Have you installed a EFIE on your vehicle? If not your vehicle should actually be using more gas as to the computer being told by the O2 sensor that is recieving to much O2 to increase the gas flow.

I can help you. Go to my website http://www.snailsonsteroids.co.za and fill in the contact form. I can help you inject HHO into your fuel system. It has to be done before the fuel pump. Then you don't need to change your rich / lean mixture settings on your ECU as much or at all!

Give me a call or email me.

I was also interested in directly injecting brown's gas into the fuel line. I understand that it must be done prior to the fuel pump? Anyway, if anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. My email address is ryanminor@hotmail.com. Thanks!

Hi,
I'm thinking to plugin HHO system to LPG instalation.
Is it good solution? On this web site I've read:

For petrol engines it is possible (discovery May 2008) to add it directly into the fuel line. expect (even) better savings (35% average). You won't need lambda control or efie system anymore. Power increases significantly compared with the air-intake system. This fuel line injected system means better safety and more efficiency than the air-intake injection system. So with fuel line injection you'll be needing less Browns Gas. More info in August 2008.

What do You thing?

Need to know how to inject Brown's Gas into the fuel line. I installed a HHO on a 97 Ram with 360 magnum. There is not enough vacuum on the air intake tube. I tried using the intake manifold vacuum. That works but it lowers my RPM's to much. And dies constantly when breaking. To much loss of Vacuum I was told you can inject it directly into the fuel line and it works better. Would very much appreciate any help that I can get. My friend that got me started disappeared big oil got to him. Its like he never existed. If anyone can help please email me at dandasales@charter.net

It seems to me drawing in hho gas prior to the fuel pump would cause a pre-emulsion of the fuel mix that would have to be very consistent and very fine to work thru fuel injectors to avoid random rich and lean cylinder charges based on what kind of gas bubbles are coming down the line. Using a vacuum port on the engine is not good, due to high vacuum at idle and low vacuum on accelleration, the opposite of what you need. If the hydrogen cell operates at pressure, 5 pounds or so is typical, it should push the gas into the intake air stream ahead of the throttle body. On clearing the ECU 'block learn' (reset the ECU), just disconnect the battery long enough. You can short the pos and neg cables while disconnected to speed the reset. 30 minutes is more than enough.

Make sure you do your your research before you try to compress hydrogen and oxygen.
