Confused as to wha the Vacuum System is used for

I am confused as to wha the Vacuum System is used for. I get that it pulls the gas out of the HHO generator and into the intake manifold. but I am a little unsure as to how to hook it up. How do you keep the gas from getting sucked into the vacuum system itself? can someone provide a like to detailed installation instructions with the vacuum system?

If you have a gas powered car you can put a t-fitting between yhe intake and your PCV valve. You should have 2 outputs frome your HHO bubbler 1 going to the T fitting to the PCV with a oneway valve on it and one going to your air plentum after the air fillter also with a oneway valve.

Only one connection is necessary. The one athe PCV and manifold. And also when first trying it this way install a ball valve in line with your output. A check valve is also OK. The vacuum supplied from the engine is more than adequate. Also depending on the amount of water in your bubbler and how near to the intake it is you may still ingest too much water vapor into the engine..... Even if it does not look like water vapor is entering. If your bubbler and cell is not sealed tight enough you will definitely have to use the ball valve. Start by having the ball valve closed before you turn the engine on. If not you may physically flood the engine..... I Did once. I have been using an evaporative booster after having ran several HHO cells. I presently get a 31% increase in mpg. to see the details goto web.hometel.com/~tron and view the 1983 rampage project. Wiring in a amp meter to a hho system on a car. Im no electric expert can any one tell me how i wire in a amp meter does it just have to be in line with the positive from battery to the hho cell? Also does any one know how to get hho in to the manifold on a turbo diesel? At moment im going to put it in before turbo just worried the gas will loose its properties after its been through the turbo and intercooler. Many thanks for any help anyone can offer

The Meter runs inline with the power to form a series circuit. So run the + power cable to the + side of the amp meter then run another wire from the - side of the amp meter to the + post on the HHO gen. Thats all there is to it. You can also place it on the - side of the HHO gen. Just make sure that the + side if the amp meter leads to the + side of the battery. Even if it has to go through the HHO Gen to get there.

Once you have hydrogen as a gas it has the same properties it always had. I suppose that it might recombine with oxygen and turn back into water. A more interesting point I believe would be that once in the cylinder it will function as it should. As an individual gas or combined as water. I also beleive that a HHO booster or Evaporative booster will give more horsepower and as it is a diesel it may well give an increase in mpg. reference: web.hometel.com/~tron 1983 Rampage

I have a CAD drawing of my HHO Electrical Circuitry and Componenet Placement - with very detailed instructions. Any person that would like a copy can email me at Cuviercastle@cox.net. <{Just copy and paste.} I have also found that an Air-Fuel gauge placed in the circuit has also helped me to adjust the O2 Enhanser to obtain better control. There is valuable information on this drawing that should help many of you to become more familiar with an HHO system. I have also found that a computer fan mounted on the end of my PWM helps to maintain a cooler unit - that could otherwise overheat and burn out your PWM.
