I am VERY new to the HHO idea. I have one question:
I understand that water vapor is injected into the engine along w/ the other products (HHO & gasoline).
Is there a harmful effect on the engine if this happens?
Thanks,

No.

There is water vapor in the air and in the engine already, even without a booster attached. It is helpful to the engine in some cases, it may run better because of the water vapor. My engine runs better on rainy or humid days because of the water content in the air. The engine should not be exposed to electrolyte (Hydroxide) solutions which are caustic.

Racing activists inject water for boosting power out. It has been warned that water injected in large quantities could cause valves to crack due to rapid temperature drop.
Back in the days of carburetors and no electronic control modules, PCM, ECM More commonly know as the cars computer brain. When ever it rained more horse power and increased mpg was a welcome result. Nowadays horsepower and cleaner exhaust is still welcome.

I have built a couple of Hydrogen boosters. I have backed of a little, but have not abandoned them. But I now am working with what I can and evaporative booster. It requires no voltages, additives, electrolytes and is extremely low cost. It utilizes the vacuum of the engine to slowly vaporize water. The benefit of hydrogen burning in the engine still occurs and engine performance is enhanced. Hopefully by the end of the week I will see and increase in mpg. The quickest way to see all of this is to go to web.hometel.com/~tron. You have to type the url in by hand as written ~ is the key above the tab key. I also provide many like that can be of help..... I do not sell anything but provide all my information as open source. Open source means that whatever is not already covered by a patent cannot be patented and remains free to the public. I figure this is the best way to keep the knowledge form becoming hidden for whatever reasons.
