Have been running an HHO setup on my '97 LR RR 4.0 for a few weeks and recently did a 200 mile highway run to see if there were any improvement on mileage, etc.

The setup is dual HHO generators w/a dual o2 Sensor Enhanser. I installed everything myself and bought the pre-constructed items on EBay. (total just under $200)

My city mileage increased from 11 to 14 mpg. Highway mileage went from 17.5 to 22.5 today which bests my previous record of 20 mpg. I found the 'sweet' spot of 63 mph to get the mileage to increase as I drove vs staying at a constant above 65 mph. It took a little tweaking of the Sensor Enhanser to get the right feel and no stalling. I also add 2 oz of acetone to each 10 gals of fuel. At the advise of others who have an HHO system I decided to try the mid-range 89 octane fuel with absolutely no change in power or pinging.

I have all new 02's and recently changed the oil w/Mobil 1 Synthetic to get the maximum effect of efficiency possible.

I will go back to Premium soon to see if the mpg increases.

I know that many (some) of you think I'm nuts screwing with the electronics and also don't believe that this actually works but so far it's working pretty good so time will tell.

Anyway, I thought 'maybe' someone might be interested with someone who has actually installed an HHO setup.

Also, forgot to mention that I replaced the 'usual' Baking Soda with 100% Lye Crystals as the BS was producing a lot of heat and brown water. The Lye seems to produce more 'clear' HHO and temperature is reduced drastically.

Good job.
You do need to mess with the electronics to get the desired results from HHO. Otherwise your just adding HHO to your system and the ECU will compensate. Extenders may work but the going theory suggests that they aren't that productive.
I use a map sensor enhancer which works quite well.

ihave been having a lot of trouble with my system, i bought the hurricane cylone off of e-bay, and it produces alot of gas, the problem is that after about 30 minutes it gets so hot that it starts boiling the water, ive tried changing the electrolite levels and even using none at all, and still i end up pumping more steam into my intake than gas. also after about 15-30 minutes the water becomes so brown and full of sediment that you wouldnt believe it. i use distilled water, and ive run the wires to a switch inside my truck to turn on and off with, i have an inline fuse that blows with anything less than a 30amp fuse, and the switch and wire get so hot you cant touch them. any suggestions would be great,....can anyone help me???

I bought a Cyclone also. In fact it is a waterfilter with some shiny electrodes. Look like chrome. The first time the unit wentt so hot that it would have had a new record as a water boiler. There was no manual included. So I had to figure out the electrolyte. The first time I used too much. The fifth time I tried it with only tap water. That worked pretty well. Although it produces gas I think the electrode setup is not very efficient. It costs too much electricity to make gas. Also the electrodes got brown.
I don't use it anymore (so it is now for sale). I bought a Water Boost (at H2orse. This is very different and produces over 1 LPM with just 20 amps.It does not get hot (just warm) and the water stays clear. Although it was not cheap the quality is very good. I found out that it is available for over 1 year now and one other Water Boost owner showed me his generator (in his Golf) telling me he had never serviced it. All he did was adding distilled water twice a month. He was very satisfied and never had any problems with the unit or electronics. My subaru gets about 25% savings, is more powerful and runs much smoother now.

hi,if the water in your cell is boiling, its getting 2much power, you have to control the voltage with a pwm unit of some kind, otherwise its OUTERCONTROL !can also b dangerous.flyindoc.

thanks for your responses to my previous dilemma,....will the pwm really help with the heat and boiling issue,....or do i need to change my configuration with the cells of the "cyclone" alltogether?
